Claw poles forging R&D and production of Auto alternator today are completely in line with world environmentalism requirements, meanwhile a revolution of auto spare parts manufacturing in our country. Precision forged claw poles are made of purified iron bars and steel 08# with better magnetoconductivity absolutely preceding the previous casting parts. In the making process we use hot-forging/warm-forging/cold extrusion forming and magnetic annealing processes to completely solve the problem of complex form/hign precision dimensions/difficult manufacturing/lower power and so on. What's more, part surface is very smooth with no trimmed margin, continuous flowing metal fiber, high strength, lower noise. Forged claw poles obviously increase generator's power and life, and also improve finished product rate of roughness. This product close the gap of production process and technology in our country, therefore we won the Invention Patent Certificate issued by National Intellectual Property Bureau and gained gold cup in China Patent Technical Exposition Show in July 2001.
